Our company is partner-owned, and our team consists of 45 professionals based in Stockholm, Helsinki, Copenhagen, and Oslo.
We are now looking for a full-time Analyst to join our Helsinki office. In this position, you will step into the fascinating world of real estate capital markets and from day one be an important part of our Nordic team – both in projects and in strategic discussions with our clients. Your tasks will include e.g. preparing real estate market analyses and investment memoranda, performing property and company valuations, and coordinating due diligence processes.
Success in this role requires accuracy, analytical skills, and the ability to illustrate and present complex matters convincingly. You can work precisely also under pressure and enjoy operating in an entrepreneurial environment. However, we do not expect you to be a finished product; rather, your curiosity for real estate and investment banking as well as your willingness to learn and develop into an industry expert are what matter most.

We expect:
- Master’s Degree or final stage studies in, e.g. real estate economics, finance, or accounting
- Genuine interest in the real estate investment sector
- Proactivity and eagerness to learn
- Excellent social skills and the ability to present key information convincingly
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in Finnish and English
In addition, we value:
- Previous work experience in the real estate or finance sectors
- Proficiency in Swedish
