About the Role
As an Analyst at Nordanö you will be part of some of the largest and most exciting real estate transactions in the Nordic market. You will be engaged in advisory mandates within both property and capital market transactions across various asset classes. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in the real estate and financial markets.
You will play an important role in generating and executing new mandates, actively contributing to strategic discussions and working closely with colleagues and clients. Your responsibilities include preparing presentations and pitches, conducting financial analyses and valuations of properties, portfolios, and companies, as well as working on market presentations and mapping. You are expected to stay continuously up to date on market developments and will participate in client meetings alongside senior colleagues.
The role is based at our Stockholm office in modern, spacious, and centrally located premises at Regeringsgatan 59. While based in Stockholm, there will be opportunities to collaborate with colleagues and clients across our offices in Copenhagen, Helsinki and Oslo.
Key responsibilities
- Compile high-quality investment materials, including pitchbooks and information memoranda
- Conduct financial analysis and valuation of real estate assets, portfolios, and companies
- Coordinate due diligence processes
- Participate in client meetings and presentations together with senior team members
- Origination, market analysis and evaluating potential buyers, sellers and targets
- Contribute to building and maintaining strong investor and client relationships
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Real Estate, or related fields
- Up to two years of work experience, ideally within real estate, corporate finance, investment banking or private equity. If you are graduating this summer, we expect you to have gained relevant part-time work experience alongside your studies.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
- Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to independently manage multiple tasks
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative and high-paced environment
