Nordanö acted as financial adviser to a Danish family office in the sale of two residential properties located in Vallensbæk Strand, Greater Copenhagen. The properties were acquired by Pictet and VIGA Real Estate following a competitive and structured sale process.

The properties, which have been owned by the seller since 2010, comprise two identical high-rise residential towers with a total of 96 residential units and a gross lettable area of 9,466 m². The properties were constructed in 2007 by NCC and hold EPC A2010 ratings. The location in Vallensbæk Strand offers strong connectivity, with convenient access to central Copenhagen via the E45 motorway, S-train services, and the light rail network serving Greater Copenhagen.
