Nordanö acted as financial adviser to TPG Angelo Gordon in the divestment of purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) asset in Brøndby Municipality in Greater Copenhagen, Denmark, to funds managed by KKR.

The property holds 518 modern and high-quality student beds spread across 494 apartment units, whereof 470 single studio units and 24 shared units. The total GLA (excluding basement) is 13,668 m² that offers tenants attractive common areas (including common kitchens, cinema, gym, bar area, study rooms, bike repair shop, laundry services etc.) and with all units having own kitchenette and bathrooms.

The Property fulfills key ESG criteria and will obtain a DGNB Silver certification. The Danish PBSA operator, The Mark, will continue to be operator of the asset in cooperation with KKR.
