Nordanö acted as sole financial adviser to Høje Tastrup Municipality in establishing a development company jointly owned by Danske Shoppingcentre (a company owned by Danica Pension and ATP) and EjendomsSelskabet Norden (a fund owned by PFA and ATP). The joint venture will develop the new city district Høje Taastrup C, which comprises approx. 262,000 m² divided primarily on 1,200 residential units and 120,000 m² office.
