City Property Holding, a Danish family office, has divested a larger office property in Ballerup to Bygningsstyrelsen (Danish Building and Property Agency). The property was the former global headquarters of the payment provider and paytech leader Nets (now part of Nexi) which vacated the Property in 2020-2021. The Property is strategically located in the Greater Copenhagen office cluster of Ballerup west of Copenhagen with easy access to the Copenhagen ring roads, 03, O4 and European Route E47. The gross leasable area of the property is 25,767 m² split across office, storage and IT server rooms.

The buyer Bygningsstyrelsen has acquired the property with a plan to further develop and expand the property for Forsvaret (Danish Defence) that are to become the only tenant of the property.
