The residential portfolio comprises 50,000 m² and three newly constructed properties in Copenhagen and Aarhus: Himmelbyen in Ørestad, Strandhaverne on Amager Strand and Risskov Husene in Risskov, Aarhus.

The portfolio consists of 521 residential units and a smaller number of commercial units. The residentials units are distributed by 185 units in Strandhaverne, 128 units in Himmelbyen and 208 residential units in Risskov Husene. Strandhaverne also includes 12 commercial units and a parking basement with 130 parking spaces.

“The properties constitute a unique investment opportunity in the two largest cities in Denmark. A market rent residential investment opportunity, the portfolio qualifies to meet some of the most central and critical investment themes such as sustainability, urbanisation and ESG. The portfolio is characterised as low-risk and market resilient . We are proud to have advised NREP on yet another divestment of a large portfolio.
