Nordanö acted as financial adviser to Faerchfonden in the DKKm 2,000 joint venture between Holstebro Kommune, Faerchfonden and Aksel Nørgaard Holding to transform Sygehusgrunden, the former Holstebro Hospital area into a new vibrant and sustainable city quarter. Sygehusgrunden has a unique location in central Holstebro close to a large park and green areas.

Sygehusgrunden will be developed over the next 10 years with a strong focus on ESG and sustainability, where the majority of the existing properties will be transformed into new usages. The development will hence be a combination of approx. 30,000 m² new residential development and 30,000 m² existing properties.
